Which Countries are Printing Fiat to Buy BTC?

Experiment: “If I were the dictator of a resource rich country, I would do X in this system”

In this case, I’m looking at cryptocurrency.

I found one reddit thread on the topic.

The immediate questions that came to mind:

• Are there any countries that are printing lots of money and buying BTC?
• Which countries would it be?
• How can we figure out which countries are printing large quantities of fiat?
• Given that there’s physical currency and currency that is never made physical , how would one go about detecting if a country was printing currency to buy large quantities of BTC?
